KeraFiber is committed to delivering a quality customer experience. For any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days for a refund.

You can log on to your KeraFiber account and contact customer service. You can also email us at support@kerafiber.com with your account information and ask for an RMA form. Once you have received your RMA form and number, place the RMA form and all items from the original order which you would like to return in a padded envelope and mail it to us at the address indicated on the RMA form. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. All refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase.  

NOTE: All refund requests must have an RMA form, received within 30 days from the date of the original shipment, and include all items from the original order you wish to return. We reserve the right to refuse any refund or issue a partial refund for any request that does not meet these requirements. We recommend that you return your order via traceable mail. We do not take any responsibility for undelivered returns.

KeraFiber is available to UK customers with UK shipping addresses with delivery supplied by Royal Mail and UPS. New orders are typically packed within two business days of ordering and are delivered within the time frame specified during checkout. These time frames are merely a guide; we offer no guarantee unless posted otherwise.
